At Nogood, we put effort into the best that we can when it comes to our clothing. Whether you’re ordering a new drop or need to make a return, we’re here to make the process as smooth as possible.

Shipping & Delivery

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info.

Shipping Carriers

We ship all domestic orders via:

  • UPS

You’ll be able to choose the delivery times at checkout.

Delivery Times (U.S. Only)

  • Standard: 5–7 business days
  • Expedited: 1–3 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier-related delays.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected carrier.

International Shipping

We do offer international shipping. Please note that customers are responsible for any additional shipping costs, import duties, taxes, customs fees, or tariffs required by their country.

Shipping times for international orders may vary depending on location and customs processing.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Nogood is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or customs. If your package is missing or significantly delayed, reach out to us at nogood.studio.com@gmail.com and we’ll assist however we can.

Tracking Your Package

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email followed by a shipping notification with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.

How to Track:

  • Go to nogood.shop
  • Click on “Track Order” in the footer menu
  • Enter your order number and email used at checkout, or use the tracking number
  • Your tracking details will appear, including shipping carrier and current location

What if I didn’t get a tracking number?

  • First, check your spam or promotions folder in your email
  • If it’s not there, contact us at nogood.studio.com@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll resend your tracking info

Returns

At this time, we do not offer returns or refunds on any orders unless it is for a size exchange.

If you need a different size, items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned in original condition with the original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Photos must be provided when emailing us for the exchange request to be valid.

To request a size exchange, contact us at nogood.studio.com@gmail.com with your:

  • Order number
  • Item(s) you’d like to exchange
  • Requested size
  • Photos of the product’s condition

Important Notes:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • We are not responsible for lost return shipments
  • If the product is damaged due to use, we cannot offer an exchange
  • Exchanges are dependent on product availability

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your size exchange as soon as possible.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for sizing issues. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for different products, colorways, or change-of-mind purchases.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery at nogoodapparel.com@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and issue

We’ll fix it ASAP.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t posted:

  • Check your bank account or card again
  • Contact your payment provider—it may take a few business days
  • If still missing, email us and we’ll follow up: nogood.studio.com@gmail.com
