At Nogood, we put effort into the best that we can when it comes to our clothing. Whether you’re ordering a new drop or need to make a return, we’re here to make the process as smooth as possible.
Shipping & Delivery
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info.
Shipping Carriers
We ship all domestic orders via:
- UPS
You’ll be able to choose the delivery times at checkout.
Delivery Times (U.S. Only)
- Standard: 5–7 business days
- Expedited: 1–3 business days
Please note: Delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier-related delays.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected carrier.
International Shipping – Temporarily Unavailable
Due to recent tariffs and import restrictions that have been imposed on the US, international shipping is currently paused. We're working to re-enable global shipping as soon as it's economically viable for our customers.
Thank you for your understanding and will update our community via nogood.shop and social media once international delivery resumes.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Nogood is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or customs. If your package is missing or significantly delayed, reach out to us at nogoodapparel.com@gmail.com and we’ll assist however we can.
Tracking your package
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email followed by a shipping notification with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.
🔍 How to Track:
- Go to nogood.shop
- Click on “Track Order” in the footer menu
- Enter your order number and email used at checkout, or use the tracking number
- Your tracking details will appear, including shipping carrier and current location
📦 What if I didn’t get a tracking number?
- First, check your spam or promotions folder in your email
- If it’s not there, contact us at nogoodappare.com@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll resend your tracking info
Returns
We accept returns for unworn, unwashed, and unused items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in original condition with the original packaging. Photos have to be presented when emailing us for the return to be valid.
To initiate a return, contact us at nogoodapparel.com@gmail.com with your:
- Order number
- Item(s) you’d like to return
- Reason for return
- Photos of the product's condition/any issues with the product.
Important Notes:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- We are not responsible for lost return shipments
- If product is damaged by use, we do not allow any returns
After the item(s) have been returned, they will be added to your store credit for future purchases!
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item or size, please return your original order and place a new one.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery at nogoodapparel.com@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and issue
We’ll fix it ASAP.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t posted:
- Check your bank account or card again
- Contact your payment provider—it may take a few business days
- If still missing, email us and we’ll follow up: nogoodapparel.com@gmail.com
